Unlimited means up to 100 schedules and 50 forms, raised as kingdoms need more.
One payment, nothing renews. Paddle handles it. Nothing is deleted when a pass runs out.
Questions
Do my kingdom leaders need to pay?
No. Anyone you add to your form works on it with a free account.
Do players pay anything?
Never. Players fill in the form and read the schedule without an account.
Does anything renew?
No. A KVK Pass is one payment for 20 days and then stops; buy another before your next KVK, and an early one adds its days to the end. Lifetime is one payment for good. There is nothing to cancel.
What happens when a pass runs out?
Nothing is deleted. The free limits apply again: you keep everything you saved, but cannot go past 2 schedules or 2 forms, add people, or use custom settings until you buy again.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, which sells the plan and handles tax and invoices. We never see or store your card details.
