What this is
Kingshot KVK Prep Scheduler exists to take the pain out of one specific job: building the construction appointment schedule for the Kingdom-versus-Kingdom (KvK) preparation phase. Coordinating dozens of players across four days of half-hour UTC slots is a spreadsheet nightmare, especially while weighing who has the Truegold, speedups, and availability to make each slot count. This tool turns it into an afternoon’s work.
An organizer shares a sign-up form template with their kingdom, imports the responses, and the scheduler estimates each player’s points, flags bottlenecks, and auto-fills the slots. Everything can then be adjusted by drag and drop and saved as a file, and with an optional account it can be published as a read-only link players can open on their phones.
How it treats your data
The whole scheduler runs in your browser: imported form responses never leave your device unless you choose to save or publish. There are no ads and no third-party trackers. The details are in the Privacy Policy, which is short and written to be read.
Who runs it
This is a hobby project built and run by two players from Kingdom 1195: Talyx, the fullstack engineer who builds the scheduler, and Ohrii, who runs the infrastructure it lives on. It is made in spare time, at personal expense, and is free to use.
One thing worth saying plainly: point estimates are very much estimates. They are built from community-collected game data and simplified assumptions, and should never be taken at 100% trust. Use them to compare players and plan slots, not as a guarantee of what a slot will actually score, and verify anything important in-game before committing resources.

The form asks how to reach you so we can follow up. Since this is a two-person volunteer project, replies can take a few days, but everything gets read. Rights holders and privacy requests are prioritized.
